5 & 6 North Place has been in our family since the 1970s, and we are proud to be renovating these Grade II Listed buildings with sustainable and ecological mindfulness whilst respecting their history and heritage.

Our studio, 1 & 2 bedroomed apartments, in the centre of town, with dog friendly garden accommodation also available, feature elegant furnishings, EV charging and bicycle storage during your stay.

Our History...

1716

Market to Spa Town

Cheltenham’s transformation from a market town to a Spa town began in 1726, when a medicinal spring was discovered in the south of the town.
1788

King George III

The King’s visit coincided with the first phase of building development of the Regency town.
1811 - 1820

Regency Era

Named after Prince George IV, the Regency period was noted for its elegance and achievements in fine arts and architecture. 5 & 6 North Place, Cheltenham date back to 1820.
Cheltenham, recognised as the most complete Regency Town in England and in the heart of the Cotswolds, offers impressive architecture and museums to explore, with excellent independent restaurants, bars and nightclubs. This Festival Town hosts world leading 25+ events annually including the Cheltenham Gold Cup in March, a perfect place for leisure and pleasure mixing tradition and modern style living.
