5 & 6 North Place have been in our family since the 1970s and we are proud to have fully renovated these Grade II Listed buildings respecting their history and heritage.

All the apartments have electric heating and hot water systems, and we provide EV chargers in our onsite parking spaces in addition to secure bicycle storage.
Eco-friendly cleaning products and our welcome packs come in bio-degradable packaging.
5&6 North Place is supplied by 100% Renewable Electricity, no gas central heating, LED energy saving lighting and water saving showers. Only eco-friendly cleaning and laundry products. Toiletries provided use recycled plastic packaging or biodegradable packaging and are made from natural, vegan & skin friendly ingredients as well as being free from Parabens that are harmful to the environment. Our eco-conscious laundry service uses advanced Lagoon Technology which operates on less water and energy.
