Jonathan told Punchline-Gloucester.com, “As a family business, we are very proud of our development in the centre of Cheltenham following a £500k investment to deliver a sensitive refurbishment of the heritage buildings. Using sustainable materials throughout, the 12 apartments feature on-site parking, and EV charging and use 100% renewable power.”
The suites can be rented from two days to two months periods, and are aimed at the corporate business market, where local firms can provide home-from-home accommodation in the heart of Cheltenham.
“Our environment is extremely important to us, and we strive to be sustainable. All the apartments have electric heating and hot water systems, and we provide EV chargers in our onsite parking spaces in addition to a secure bicycle storage built in the old coal shed! Eco-friendly cleaning products and our welcome packs come in bio-degradable packaging.”
